Anecdotal Advice: Over the past few years of studying and creating art, I have learned the following:

- It is important to keep producing work -some things will turn out great, other things will just lead you to your great

pieces.

- Always experiment with new media.

- Network! - Create a business card for yourself and meet people who do what you do or what you would like to do. I

found my job through knowing someone, who knew someone who was looking to hire. In the art world, it's not

always as easy as sending resumes on Monster or similar job search sites.
